Greetings! My name is Aaron and I graduated from the University of Toronto with a BSc in Mathematics and Statistics. I am passionate about mathematics and education. If you are struggling to meet the grade or just want to further your level of understanding, I can help. I have successfully taught to a diverse range of students with a wide range of mathematical maturity.

I have significant tutoring experience with high school and university level mathematics. While completing my undergraduate studies, I was involved with the UoT Peer Tutoring Association where I taught mathematics to 1st/2nd year students. Additionally, I tutored to high school students in the Toronto area throughout my university and post-university career.

My aim is to help any student struggling with high school courses from Grade 9 to 12 including University Preparation Mathematics, Advanced Functions, Calculus and Vectors, and Data Management and first and second year university-level courses such as Single Variable Calculus, Multivariable Calculus, Linear Algebra, Complex Variables, and Differential Equations.

My approach to tutoring is to focus on the understanding of concepts as opposed to trying to memorize formulas. I will work through exercises and help students with any specific areas they are struggling with. I will work at meeting your goals and expectations!

I can tutor online through Zoom/Skype and am willing to meet up with any student in the Ottawa area (I am double COVID-19 vaccinated).
